Mo Bunnell is the Founder & President of Bunnell Idea Group (BIG). Mo is a leading business development strategist who developed and authored the trademarked GrowBIG® business development system.

The GrowBIG® methodology helps companies implement and maintain a consistent business development system that accelerates client acquisition and strengthens client retention. It integrates scalable, high-performance business development rituals into a professional’s daily work life to create perpetual demand and sustainable revenue growth for their products and services.

Mo is an authority on business development strategy, integration and effectiveness. Mo honed his knowledge of business development strategy during his 13-year tenure with Hewitt Associates.  As a licensed actuary, Mo started as a Health Care Consultant with Hewitt and quickly learned that his passion was in building relationships and helping clients solve their problems.  After a few years on the consulting side, he shifted his focus towards business development and was soon named the Global Account Executive for two of the four largest Hewitt clients. He and his teams generated new business in the hundreds of millions of dollars in contract value through selling large, complex outsourcing projects and highly customized consulting arrangements.

Mo finalized the GrowBIG® Integrated System following a fifteen-year period of research and development. He founded BIG in 2005. His goal is to provide companies with a proven, authentic business development system that is comprehensive and sustainable. GrowBIG® Training is seventeen modules of intellectual property which cover the breadth and depth of the entire business development process. GrowBIG® Achieve is the team-based strategy and execution program that helps companies embed GrowBIG® into their culture and management systems following the training.

Mo has personally trained and coached thousands of people with GrowBIG®. Mo serves as a consultant to management leaders and executives of major companies, helping them build business development strategies for their products and services to drive successful revenue growth. BIG has over 100 clients including major product companies, global confectionery companies, top law firms, accounting firms, financial service firms, management consulting firms and insurance brokerage firms to name just a few of the many market segments that have been transformed by BIG.

Mo received a B.S. in Actuarial Science with a minor in Business Management from Ball State University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. He is an active alumni member of Delta Tau Delta and enjoys hosting their Chapter Consultants each summer for GrowBIG® training to help them develop as business leaders.

Mo lives in Atlanta with his wife Becky and two daughters, Gabby and Josie. Mo enjoys the outdoors and is frequently found backpacking the Cohutta wilderness in North Georgia with his family.  To stay in shape and keep up his boundless energy, Mo plays competitive Ultimate Frisbee year-round and competes at the local, regional, and national levels.

Darla leads Bunnell Idea Group's finance and operations. Darla's expertise is in strategic planning, and her focus is on the financial strength and operating efficiency of BIG. She ensures that BIG’s operations are scalable to support the company’s growth. She is the essential driver of everything we do at BIG - from finance to operations, marketing to development.

Darla has a proven track record of creative problem-solving, business management and marketing for high growth, entrepreneurial organizations. Darla provides the vision and management necessary to ensure that BIG has the proper operational controls, procedures, and systems in place to effectively grow the company and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

Darla manages our operations, fulfillment, production and graphic design teams. She spearheads the development, communication and implementation of our Strategic Partner relationships: building partnerships and broader business relations. Her financial and organizational strengths are the perfect combination for seeing what needs to be implemented now for great future success.

Prior to BIG, Darla worked as a consultant for an international nonprofit organization. She began her career as an actuarial analyst with Aon and Buck Consultants before moving into pension benefits consulting at Towers Perrin. Darla attended the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana where she graduated with a B.S. in Actuarial Science. She is a member of Phi Mu Fraternity.

Darla and her husband Ken live in Johns Creek, Georgia with their four children. She enjoys giving back to the community through GrowBIG® for Nonprofits as well as volunteering with youth and family programs through her church. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, and time at the beach with her family.

Bio - Bradley Humbles


Bio - Bradley Humbles


Bradley Humbles is an experienced Certified GrowBIG® Facilitator. He is an engaging, knowledgeable presenter with a deep background in business development training, coaching and consulting.

Bradley has 34 years of experience in business development, business development management, and training, focusing primarily on helping clients gain an understanding of what value means to their clients, and on implementing business strategies to provide that value. Combining his business development experience with a passion for helping people learn new skills while applying their knowledge, Bradley has been recognized repeatedly as a highly effective facilitator and expert in the area of business development and negotiation, as well as performance management.

In recent years Bradley has also worked increasingly in customizing GrowBIG® training for our clients.  This involves conducting client interviews to understand a company’s business, then integrating that understanding into highly relevant and realistic case studies, scenarios and simulations that help tailor our trademarked business development system specifically for our client’s culture, lingo, market experience and industry.

Bradley’s career includes serving as Director of Business Development Training for UPS, which is the world’s largest transportation and logistics company. In his 17 years with UPS, Bradley held a variety of management positions, and was responsible for developing and implementing business development and management training initiatives worldwide. He also worked in various positions with companies in the manufacturing and health care sectors.

Bradley has international business expertise. His extensive international experience includes working throughout North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America. Working with both very large and medium-sized companies around the world in a variety of industries gives Bradley a broad perspective of business that enables him to quickly understand the challenges facing companies in business development both domestically and internationally.

Bradley earned a B.A. degree in English from Vanguard University of Southern California.  He is a certified HBDI® Practitioner.  He lives with his wife in Woodstock, Georgia.  They enjoy traveling and have enjoyed beach trips to Mexico several times in the past year.  He leads mission trips to the Arms of Love children’s home in Nicaragua and enjoys mentoring young leaders in both business and volunteer activities.

Bio - Debra Partridge


Bio - Debra Partridge


Debra is a Master Certified GrowBIG® Facilitator & Consultant. She certifies other GrowBIG® trainers and coaches to ensure the quality and aptitude of every one of our trainers, coaches and consultants.

Debra’s experience includes more than 30 years in business development, business development training, leadership, team building, mentoring, coaching, and facilitation. She has managed profitable training, documentation, and knowledge management organizations for Fortune 100 corporations.

Debra’s significant experience as an Instructional Designer complements her expertise in business development consulting. She has a profound understanding of adult learning methods and various delivery techniques, including eLearning, multimedia, classroom, and other forms of blended learning. She was involved in embedding instructional design into the GrowBIG® Integrated System training.

Debra helps BIG clients implement various aspects of the business development system, from writing positioning statements for new products to custom-designing activities and workshops. She provides individual one-on-one and team coaching on the GrowBIG® Integrated System for a variety of companies in industries including law, accounting, technology and product companies. She successfully helps clients synthesize the knowledge gained from GrowBIG® Training with action in their current client and prospect business development situations. She is instrumental in helping professionals increase revenue and business development success through her coaching techniques and GrowBIG® proficiency.

Debra has significant global experience. She managed the expansion of a business development team training for Canada and UK.  Debra also worked in India while she was with IBM, and in Spain while she was with General Physics Corporation.  She was responsible for a content translation project for a market-leading Human Capital Management product and she is familiar with managing global content.  Debra was born in Scotland of British Naval parents, and she has traveled extensively throughout the UK, Canada, Europe, Mexico, Canada, and the Caribbean.

Debra graduated from Penn State with a degree in Communications, Film, and Television.  After graduating, she spent a few months at the University of Manchester in England studying film and television production and subsequently completed graduate courses in instructional design and curriculum development at the University of Maryland.  Debra was an early innovator in technology-enabled training, having worked with Apple, IBM, Sony, and other manufacturers of computer-enabled learning systems throughout the 1980s and 1990s.

In 2005, Debra became certified to facilitate the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI®), a behavioral assessment that reveals how people naturally learn, think, communicate, and solve problems. The HBDI® is an integral part of the GrowBIG® Integrated System. Debra does workshops on business development techniques, leadership, teamwork, communication, and strategy. She is also certified in Change Strategies International’s MyMotivators® Assessment which BIG uses for certain global corporate clients to help in their team strategy work.

Debra is an avid amateur golfer who enjoys playing in tournaments at the local, state, and national level.  When not on the practice green or driving range, Debra loves working in her garden, home remodeling, performing stand-up comedy, hiking, camping, fishing, walking her dogs, and reading. She takes pleasure in traveling both domestically and internationally.

Sean is a Certified GrowBIG® Facilitator & Consultant with a wealth of strategic business development experience.

Sean has fifteen years of global management consulting experience in leading transnational business transformation projects involving heavy strategy definition, process redesign, and organizational alignment. He advises clients in a variety of areas including merger integration, customer relationship management, sales enablement, and performance management.

Sean is the founder of the Denver chapter of The Ryan Gibson Foundation, a nonprofit that raises funds for leukemia research, formed in remembrance of his friend who battled leukemia. Sean also serves as Vice-President of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Scholarship Coalition, an organization that provides non-traditional and under-served students with scholarships to receive a four-year education.

Sean is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a dual major in finance and management information systems and a minor in psychology.

Originally from Minnesota, Sean has lived and worked in many countries around the world and currently resides in Denver, Colorado. He speaks Spanish fluently and Brazilian Portuguese conversationally.

Marshall has been working with the GrowBIG® Integrated System for three years, as a Facilitator and as a Raving Fan user of the business development system. He is the founder of Mowgli, an entertainment technology company that connects people through social creation. He has implemented GrowBIG® in his company’s fundraising strategy, record label partnerships, and consumer brand sales approach.

Despite many naysayers prior to raising investment funding, using the GrowBIG® system, Mowgli has raised over $4,000,000 to date. This success makes Mowgli one of the most well-funded consumer technology start-ups in Atlanta.  Mowgli is also the only remix app company with partnerships in place with all major record labels and music publishers.

Marshall is now taking the GrowBIG® approach to his business development team for their work with integrating consumer brands into Mowgli’s upcoming product launch.

Marshall is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in music, technology, and law. He earned his law degree from the University of Michigan. After starting his career with the preeminent technology law firm Morris, Manning & Martin, Marshall founded and launched BCLS Legal, a successful boutique practice.

In 2008, Marshall sold his stake in BCLS to become General Counsel of the global technology consulting firm North Highland. Three years later Marshall left North Highland to found Mowgli.

Marshall is also a seasoned musician with a recording agreement through Backspace Records. As a pioneer in creative business, Marshall lives by the mantra “Create. Connect.”

Kimberly is a nationally recognized team effectiveness and innovation expert. Kimberly has a unique combination of presentation style and facilitation expertise that ensures our clients receive exceptional content in a highly interactive format. Over the past 25 years, she has worked with hundreds of organizations such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, UPS, AT&T and even the U.S. Marine Corps to increase their business performance.

Kimberly’s career includes serving as an organization effectiveness manager for Coca-Cola; a Director of Consulting with the Hay Group; and served in HR leadership roles in the hospitality, telecommunications, and healthcare industries.

Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources and a Certified Professional Facilitator, Kimberly also holds a Master of Science in industrial/ organizational psychology.

Kimberly has been honored with two awards for innovation – the SHRM Pinnacle Award in 2003, the year she was the SHRM-Atlanta President and Facilitator of the Year in 2009 by the Southeast Association of Facilitators. She is a frequent contributor to management and leadership publications, including Investors Business Daily, Leadership Excellence, Computerworld, American Management Association, Yahoo Finance and USA Today.

Kimberly believes in giving back to the community.  She enjoys providing pro bono consulting and facilitation services to such organizations as Leadership Atlanta, the Partnership Against Domestic Violence, The Georgia Center for Nonprofits, SHRM, and The Westminster Schools.

Bio - Ryan Grelecki


Ryan is a BIG business develpment Consultant and Certified GrowBIG® Facilitator. Ryan is leveraging his experience as a practicing attorney to educate future business leaders as a professor of legal studies in a business school environment. Ryan also continues to practice law and provide legal industry consulting services with Grelecki Law, LLC.

A facilitator by trade, Ryan teaches a variety of legal studies courses as a professor in the Risk Management & Insurance Depart of the Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.  Ryan relies upon his complex commercial litigation and securities litigation experience, respectively, at Greenberg Traurig and Alston & Bird, as well as his work as a solo practice attorney, to remain relevant in the classroom.

A veritable legal industry Swiss Army knife, Ryan also has experience in the worlds of attorney professional development and legal recruiting.  As the Professional Development Manager for a well-known AmLaw 100 law firm, he oversaw all training initiatives for attorneys, designing developing, and delivering training to attorneys at all levels in connection with both hard and soft skills.  Prior to that, he also worked as a legal recruiter, sourcing attorneys for permanent placement within law firms and corporate legal departments throughout the United States.

Prior to attending law school, Ryan was a Technology Analyst with Accenture, where he developed, tested, implemented, and supported computer-based customer relationship management systems for major telecommunications providers. He also developed and delivered client-specific training on newly-deployed software solutions.

Ryan and his wife Crysie live Atlanta with their three young children. Ryan believes in giving back to the community. He has a strong appreciation for Children's Hospital Miracle Network and he volunteers for their cause in a variety of ways.
