I got to know David through some mutual friends as he’s an expert in relationship building, both in “normal” and virtual environments. It was a no-brainer connection.

David recently led a Ted Talk that I thought was really compelling.
The topic…
How do you get your team fired up around your mission?
His way is completely different than how most organizations do this, and I found it really compelling.
It was one of those things where I’ve been following his advice subconsciously and far less often than I should.
But now that I’ve “seen” his idea, I’ll be able to implement it more often and intentionally.
Firing up your team is simpler than I was making it … and surprisingly, no one does it this way!
